Sliver screen legendary actress Lauren Bacall portrayed in vivid oranges and blues. She paved the way for actresses to be as strong as they were beautiful – to more or less identify themselves, rather than allowing a studio or “boss” to carve out an identity for them. Best friends with Audrey Hepburn, and one of the main references for the Jessica Rabbit cartoon character. I love this painting, it was the show card for my last solo show. Painted in acrylic and spray paint on gallery edge canvas size 30” by 40”. This painting is a true masterpiece!
