This 8” by 10” print is of my mural of Maud Wagner, the first known female tattoo artist in the U.S., blending vintage portraiture with vivid body art to showcase her groundbreaking role in American tattoo culture. Her defiant gaze and ink-covered skin reflect a life spent breaking boundaries in a male-dominated art form at the turn of the 20th century.
